To explore the relationship between Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Emotional Intelligence (EI) in business communication, highlighting their strengths, weaknesses, and how to balance both for effective and ethical communication.
By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:
ILO1 Understand the core differences between AI and EI in communication.
ILO2 Evaluate the advantages and limitations of using AI tools (e.g., chatbots, auto-responders, content generators).
ILO3 Recognise when human emotional intelligence is critical for effective communication.
ILO4 Develop a strategy to integrate AI into their business communications without losing the human touch.
