New statutory payment rates for 2025-26

Employers should be aware that from April 2025, a number of statutory payment rates will also increase for the 2025-26 financial year, including:

– Statutory Maternity, Paternity, Adoption, Shared Parental and Parental Bereavement Pay

– Statutory Sick Pay

– Statutory Redundancy Payment

– Limit for unfair dismissal

With this in mind, the Equality Commission are running some webinars which focus on equality issues, laws and best practice for employers.
