Ideal Business Location in Downpatrick

Down Business Centre can provide your business with the ideal location for your business whether you are a butcher, a baker, or a candlestick maker – don’t laugh as at one time we had all three on site.

The Centre has a range of offices and workspace units ranging in size from approx. 400sq ft up to 1000 sq. ft.  and over the next few months some of these will be available due to the relocation of one of our longest serving tenants, Lowden Guitars.  We are sorry to see Lowden’s moving on but delighted they have acquired their own purpose-built factory.

The site offers 24:7 access, free car parking, access to high speed broadband and other benefits available on request. The site is surrounded by green fields offering lovely views and a great opportunity for a lunchtime walk.

Gillian Hanna of G H Music said, “The location of the Centre – just off the Belfast Road on the outskirts of Downpatrick – has been ideal for my Music School with free parking available during the day and evening”.
