Doc Elite Company Wins International Hotel Contract

Congratulations to DBC tenant Catherine Degan of Doc Elite who has just won the contract to provide Global Document Control services to the Maybourne Group of Hotels.

Last year, Doc Elite won the contract to provide Information Management services to the project team tasked with ‘The Mayfair Hotel Mega Build’ at Claridge’s Hotel.  A 3-part BBC documentary followed the extensive project which included the digging out of a five-storey mega basement, the addition of four new floors, and the creation of London’s most expensive penthouse.

And now as a result of the success of her Claridge’s project, Catherine and the Doc Elite team have  been entrusted with overseeing Document Control for the hotel group’s construction projects in properties on the French Riviera, London and Los Angeles.  This opportunity marks a significant chapter for Doc Elite, and I couldn’t be prouder to represent us on a global scale.
