Emma joins DBC from her previous position as head of Human Relations at the 850Group, Castlewellan. Prior to that role, she gained wide-ranging experience working as a self-employed consultant and in various private and public sector organisations; she brings a track record of driving growth and of fostering collaborative partnerships.

Capital Grants Now Available
Capital grants up to a maximum of £4,999 are now available to support the sustainability, recovery and development of micro businesses through DAERA's Tackling Rural Poverty Social Isolation Programme (TRPSI). Capital grants can provide up to a maximum of 50% grant rate and are available to existing micro enterprises based in rural areas of Newry, Mourne and Down District Council.
